I have had mental health depression for years and also tried to end my life on many occasions when you feel low you feel low

Mental health is a illness we can never see like loads of people with mental health we just cover it up with a smile a laugh but deep down we suffer and dont really want to smile talk or even be around people we just want to be on our own.

This will be a challenging walk 131.00 miles from Wrexham football ground all the way to the millennium stadium Cardiff this challenge should take 3 days to complete .
