In April 2025 I will be attempting to cycle 570 miles in seven days from Paris to Lourdes as part of the HCPT Cycle team.

I have cycled to Lourdes twice before but never as a 61 year old. Maybe this is my last cycle?

The aim is to raise money for disabled and vulnerable children / young adults to go to Lourdes on holiday. Throughout the year, HCPT provide holidays on an equal and loving basis for people of all faiths or none. I have been involved with HCPT for over 18 years as a volunteer helper so have first hand experience of the amazing work that is done. They are a wonderful and welcoming organisation and I'd be so grateful for your support. It does not go unappreciated - thank you so much in advance for your support. Trust me, it's a great cause! All sponsorship goes to the charity as all participants in the ride pay all costs for the event.

My wonderful wife Claire is driving one of the support Vans to keep us fed and pick us up when we are down. It is a massive van, she will be fine!
