Story
Last year, Myton Hospice supported almost 2,000 people and their families, in their hospices, via their patient & family support services, and in the community through Myton at Home. Alan Weatherhead and his family were one these groups of people.
Alan sadly lost his battle with Cancer in January this year, he was a very good friend and work colleague too. He worked in the business for over 30 years. He left a big gap in many peoples lives.
In memory of Alan, a truly amazing man; (you don’t meet men like Alan very often), I am taking to the saddle again on Sunday 4th August. To hopefully raise much needed funds for the Myton Hospices. 3 of my friends also joining me for a tough 100km ride, taking in some hill climbs along the way including Saintbury Hill (I may be going very slow up that one!
Myton Hospice need to raise over £11 million each year in order to provide their services, so every penny really helps,.
IF you are able to give your support, please do.
THANK YOU SO MUCH, WISH ME LUCK.
Paul
