After a surprising heart health scare in 2024, Dawn and I, supported by various children and grand children will be taking on the Gower Peninsula Mighty Hike to help raise money for the Macmillan charity and get me focused to getting fit once more!

I'd be so grateful if you could help us reach our £1500 pledge, which can pay for Macmillan Nurses to provide people living with cancer and their families essential medical, practical and emotional support.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.
