On Sunday 21st April 2024, I will be finally ticking off a bucket list number and will be running The London Marathon.

To celebrate this and to help spur me on through my training and the race itself, please help me support The National Association For Children Of Alcoholics, a Charity very close to my heart (I am both the child of an alcoholic and the alcoholic to a child, gratefully 11 years sober).

NACOA (The National Association for Children of Alcoholics) is a Bristol based charity founded in 1990 to provide help and support for everyone affected by a parent’s drinking.

Their mission statement is, 'that every child has the right to a happy childhood and to live a creative and meaningful life'. But sadly, when drink is the family secret they are more likely to experience trauma, neglect and other problems in their own homes.
