Alongside a team of 120 colleagues at Barclays, I will be taking part in the Lake District Triple Challenge on 14 July 2023, which involves:

1. Climbing to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston – 10km, 803m.

2. Mountain biking through Grizedale Forest, one of the Lake District's most famous mountain biking areas, including the lung-pumping ascent of the hill into the forest – 12km.

3. Kayaking Coniston Water – 1.5km

4. Recovering afterwards !

My team are raising funds to support Mind, who do amazing work to help people with mental health conditions, which affect 1 in 4 of us..
