Tracy & I are taking part in two endurance events in 2023 to raise money for Heel & Toe.

The first is The Wall Ultra Marathon where we will be running 70 miles following Hadrian’s Wall, beginning at Carlisle Castle and finishing on the Millennium Bridge, Gateshead.

The second is the Great North Run. Without doubt the best half marathon race in the world.

Heel & Toe are an amazing charity, supporting children and their families with Cerebral Palsy. We receive no government funding, so your donations make an incredible difference to each child we look after.
