On June 27th 2024, I am joining a group of Dads and Uncles of children who are and have been supported by Tŷ Hafan to cycle, row and walk the length of Wales, The 4-day challenge will take the team Conwy in North Wales to Tŷ Hafan in Sully, South Wales. Our aim is to raise awareness of the amazing work and support provided by the Tŷ Hafan children's hospice. It also gives us all the chance to spend 4-days with fellow Dads experiencing life with a child who is expected to live a shortened life.

I am taking on the challenge in memory of my beautiful son, Greg, who passed away in February 2023. Greg and our family have been supported by Tŷ Hafan for many years. Since February, Tŷ Hafan has been at our side helping us during our most desperate times. The pain of losing a child is indescribable. The charity Tŷ Hafan provides vital support for families like mine who have lost children or who have children with a life-limiting illness. But as a charity they exist only because of the generosity of the public.
