Earlier this year our son in law Mark was diagnosed with MND, he’s a young man and father to three of our amazing grandchildren. His friends are doing fantastic work in supporting him we just wanted to do something to help those in the MND community not so fortunate. With that in mind decided to run the Speyside Way ultramarathon on August 19th, this is also Marks birthday, appreciate things are tight for lots of people at the minute but anything you can donate would help make a difference, lastly if you could take the time to share this with family friends colleagues anyone really, I’d be so grateful

MND Scotland is the only Scottish charity providing care and support to people affected by Motor Neuron Disease (MND), as well as funding research to take us a step closer to a cure.

We want a world without Motor Neuron Disease, so I’m fundraising because I want to help find a cure for this devastating disease.
