Team: Team Ironman 70.3 for Motor Neurone Disease Association
In memory of Sue & Bob
Story
On the 6th July we will all be joining James in his Ironman 70.3 challenge in memory of his Mum, Sue and family friend, Bob Adams. The event will be centred around Lords Meadow Leisure Centre and Crediton Rugby Club.
The challenge consists of a 2000 metre swim, followed by a 56 mile bike ride and finished off with a half marathon. All for the purpose of raising as much money as possible for the MNDA.
The event has been broken down into sections so family and friends can join in at different stages along the way.
I will be having a go at a 1k swim, 56mile bike and a 10k run. If I'm feeling confident nearer the time, I might join James on the ½ marathon at the end 😬
