Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I'd like to do something to raise funds for the Cancer Information and Wellbeing Centre at Colchester Hospital and have decided, having recently had my 80th Birthday, to do an indoor Skydive including a virtual reality flight over Hawaii!

This is a real challenge for me because I don't have a head for heights and people who know me think I’ve gone potty!

The Cancer Information and Wellbeing Centre does fantastic work providing cancer patients and their families with emotional and practical support during and after their treatment. Two years ago, I had breast cancer and although I have wonderful support from family and friends, I was surprised that I found myself feeling alone and adrift when my hospital treatment had finished.

The charity was very supportive and friendly and helped me get through to a better place.

I want to do my bit in raising funds to help them continue their good work.
