I'm taking part in the Defib Dash to raise awareness of Southport Saviours. These volunteers provide training on CPR and using defibrillators as well as fundraising to install more defibrillators in public spaces around Southport.

The route is 24k and takes in all the locations around Southport that have public defibrillators have been installed.
