Deb Ugboma ( Coupe) was one in a million and I miss her so much. I told her I would run a marathon for her after I ran 60 miles for my 60 years in lockdown and raised nearly £3000 for Neuroendochrine Cancer UK

! One ballot place later with my 1st attempt at the London Marathon Ballot and here I am throwing my heart and soul and body into training at the age of 62 ( 63 when I cross the finish line!)

More people ( you know who are) I will be running for to push myself beyond anything I have ever imagined.

Keep going those people- and let’s live life and show the world what we are all made of.
