It's that time of year again when I get out the begging bowl for our annual charity cycle - this time its 260 miles over 3 days in Belgium (including two 100 mile century routes).

As usual, the event is in aid of our cycling club's chosen charity O2E (Ordinary to Extraordinary), who do wonderful work to improve the lives of terminally ill and disabled children.

The cyclists and the event support crew all pay their our own costs and the O2E charity is 100% volunteer run. Therefore, 100% of all donations go directly to make a huge difference to the lives of the children we support.
