Campaign by Doctors in Distress (RCN England & Wales #1184953, Scotland #SC049715)
Every Minute Of Every Day health workers are caring around the clock, but their mental health is suffering and they need our support. This urgent appeal will fund our Weekly Support Groups for a year and provide a beacon of hope for those struggling.

Story

Our healthcare system is facing an unprecedented crisis, and at the heart of it are the doctors, nurses and healthcare workers who, Every Minute Of Every Day, tirelessly care for those in need. But many of these dedicated professionals are themselves struggling - burned out, overwhelmed, and, tragically, some are even losing their lives to the pressures of their work. Now, more than ever, they need your help.

This Winter is expected to be the worst one on record for the NHS, with the healthcare system placed under even more pressure. This will mean healthcare staff’s mental health will inevitably suffer.

We need to raise £50,000 to fund our Weekly Support Group for a year. This free, online, professionally facilitated online group provides a lifeline for healthcare workers facing any mental health challenge such as work-related stress or burnout.

Please donate today and help care for those who care for us.
