Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Pangbourne College Sixth Form are raising funds for Young People and Children First, known as Bridge for Young People. The charity provides a home and support to young people (aged 16-25) who are leaving care or who are homeless.

In early 2025 Bridge for Young People are doubling in size with the opening of ‘Wessex House’ in Newbury. Allowing them to give a home, safety, security and caring support to a further thirteen 16–25-year-old young people leaving care or homeless. The new project consists of a six-bedroom house and seven adjoining one-bedroom flatlets.

Our fundraising efforts will go towards furnishing one of the new flats at Wessex House, which will be named 'Pangbourne'.

Our Sixth Form will be taking on various challenges, including a skydive to raise the much needed funds.
