Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the WRECKS' JustGiving page in support of our teammate and MND battler Andrew 'HUBZ' Hubbard.

On March 21 member of our seniors football club , Paddington Wrecks F.C , will be taking part in March of the Day II for MND, walking from SPURS to ARSENAL.

A modest distance . A monumental cause.

The Wrecks are raising funds to honour one of our own longtime legends, Andrew aka 'HUBZ'.

HUBZ. Left-footed goal bagger . Sharp-elbowed striker. Friend and ally . Always willing to go out of his way to help other WRECKS with his sage advice , big heart and endless positivity....just mind the elbows , yeah?

HUBZ , diagnosed with MND in early 2024 , is facing his health troubles with that same , heart warming positivity .

In the spirit of the WRECKS , a team moniker andrew coined, and EPD's Tuesday game, we'd like you to please donate some of your hard earned £s .

The great man, seen here in the photo ( back row ; second left with halo ) , on our WRECKS 2023 tour in Ireland.

The Foundation has three main aims

- Raise awareness of MND

- Support those families facing the MND battle

- Fund important research into a cure

Your donations are hugely appreciated. More information can be found at https://www.redwoodevents.co.uk/march-of-the-day-2025/
