Story

I’m taking part in Moonlight Memory Walk Devon for Children’s Hospice South West.

Please help me reach my fundraising target of £50 to provide vital funds for local families.

💜 £50 could contribute towards a supported hydrotherapy session helping to relax sore and tired bodies and muscles

💜 £70 could pay for an hour of care for a family at one of their 3 hospices

💜 £120 could pay for a day of specialised sibling support for a bereaved brother or sister

Customer service team at Otter Jacks Patch in Bishopsteignton said,

CHSW is one of our chosen charities this year,

we take pride in supporting it, and raising awareness of what this charity is about and the difference CHSW makes to young lives and the families that need their support.

By taking part in the Moonlight walk we hope we can raise as much money and awareness to such a great cause.

So lets shine many lights together to benefit those that so very much need it

Team Jacks Patch!
