Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is a charity providing care and support for adults and children with a progressive life-limiting illness, in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.  Our patients are supported to live the best quality of life they can through the combination of outpatient, rehabilitation and supportive care services, Hospice at Home and inpatient care that is right for them. We are also here for the families of our patients, ensuring that everyone can receive the right support, helping make every moment together matter.

As with most years, I undertake a charity event and 2025 is no different. In March 2025, I will partake in a 10-day trek across Vietnam to raise money for this wonderful charity that provides the best care and support to those who are in need. The opportunity to trek through a beautiful country and raise money for such a good cause is an honour and I hope you will support me and this amazing charity.
