We support people living with HIV to ensure they live healthy lives

Story

I am relocating away from Kent after a number of years working and living in the area, after meeting (and then marrying) my lovely husband Geoffrey in 2020 just before Covid hit (literally a month!).

He has lived with HIV for a number of years but thanks to the magic of SCIENCE his medication is keeping the viral load undetectable.

As I am between jobs, I aim to walk the Camino de Santiago from the French side all the way to the Edge of the world in Fisterra. This will be my 4th time walking the Camino! I have met some awesome people in the past.

This pilgrimage will take around a month, and will be around 800km.

I am still finalising the start date and the exact location, but it should be within the first half of September, walking from St Jean Pied-de-Port in France (or just before in Ostabat-Asme just to give me a training day!)

The cover photo is from when I crossed the Pyrenees in 2014.
