This year I have been lucky enough to get the chance to play for CSM in the 2024 Bottle Match against RSM. As the second oldest rugby varsity in the world, it is a huge honour to take part and wear a badge with so much history behind it.

As a unique tradition for the players of this match, money is raised for charity and some truly shocking haircuts are allocated based on how much each player raises. The charity in question is Sport in Mind, which does incredible work to help those struggling with mental health to transform their lives through sport. To raise money for such an amazing organisation, and to allow me a slither of dignity and a slim chance of keeping my job, I would be massively grateful for any donations X
