Why are we doing this? While most are familiar with the wider charity, Norfolk and Waveney Mind offers community support, subsidised counselling services, local bereavement groups, REST Hubs, as well as many other vital services across the East of England.

With 1 in 4 people in the UK now experiencing mental illness every year, there’s never been a more important time to raise funds for and awareness of mental health charities like Mind.

In our Fine City of Norwich, those in crisis can visit the Norwich REST hub, which is located on Bethel Street in the city centre and was set up by Norfolk and Waveney Mind with the NHS and The Feed, our charity of the year for 2023.
