We are raising money over 2023 to help Children in Leeds 'Live Better Lives' who are hit with urological problems.

The pediatric urology team in Leeds Children’s Hospital currently help diagnose and treat problems using both invasive and non-invasive urodynamic evaluation in children across Yorkshire and beyond. The problems range from severely disabled children with spinal dysraphism, healthy children with socially disabling urinary incontinence and congenital abnormalities such as hypospadias. Optimum Medical and Vyne Healthcare want to get involved to help raise enough funds to purchase a Portable Bladder Scanner for the Leeds Children's hospital. We chose this cause, as it closely relates to everything Optimum Medical do as a healthcare business.

The equipment funding cost is £2,000 so we want to make it our aim this year to buy the equipment outright for the hospital and help make a huge difference so people can 'Live Better Lives'. So we will be running, holding fundraisers, bake sales and many other activities throughout 2023 to help us achieve this and we will be so thankful for any contribution you can offer.
