Story

On the 14th of April 2024 we will be running the Reading Half Marathon for the charity Sport in Mind.

Sport in mind is the UKs leading mental health sports charity which delivers physical activity sessions that promotes mental well-being, improves health, and combats social isolation while empowering people to move their lives into a positive direction. Their aim is to ensure that every single person in the country has the opportunity to improve their mental health through a physical activity that they enjoy.

As individuals who have personally experienced the challenges of mental health, we understand its significance. Your contribution will help us raise awareness, promote understanding, and provide vital resources to those in need. Every donation brings us one step closer to a world where mental health is prioritized and everyone feels heard and understood. Thank you for being part of this important journey!
