On the 29th of August 2024, I will be travelling to Kathmandu, Nepal to attempt to reach Mount Everest base camp during a 15-day expedition through the Himalayas. This life-changing adventure is to raise money for the Meningitis Research Foundation.

Meningitis is a devastating disease that affects people of all ages, often striking without warning. This fundraiser aims to support the research and prevention efforts of the Meningitis Research Foundation, working tirelessly to save lives and improve the quality of life for survivors. The expedition to Everest Base Camp is not just a trek; it's a statement of commitment to combat meningitis. I will be climbing to altitudes of 18,000 feet, with the hope to inspire and unite people, proving that together, we can conquer even the most daunting challenges.
