On June 8th, I'll be taking on The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to help raise funds for the National Autistic Society. This 24-mile (38.6km) round trip route includes a challenging 1585m (5200ft) of ascent!

If you have a few pounds to spare, then this is a charity that is very personal to me. I've witnessed the challenges faced by individuals and families close to me who have been diagnosed with autism. Access to the right support and resources is crucial for their well-being. * Advocating for autistic people on national campaigns like STOMP (stopping the over-medication of people with a learning disability, autism, or both)
