Event: Abseil the Tower 2024, on 6 May 2024
A challenge to raise funds for the church improvements. Please support our Abseil the Tower and help us add accessible toilets and a kitchen to the church building so we can better serve our community.

Story

On Monday May 6, 2024 at 3.30pm I will be stepping out of my comfort zone to raise funds for the addition of accessible toilets and a kitchen in the church at Dersingham. My Dad has been the organist there for 25 years and whilst he won't be going "over the top" I said I would for him.

The new facilities will not only benefit the church members but also provide a welcoming environment for the local community.

I've only ever abseiled once before but certainly not from the top of a church tower. Here's hoping for some nice weather.

Thank you for considering supporting this cause. Your generosity will truly make a difference in the lives of many.
