Story

In may 2024 it will mark the 5th year anniversary since our family were struck by the awful news that my mum had been diagnosed with a brain tumour , sadly this brain tumour took a turn for the worst and it was declared terminal she was given weeks to live. To the devastation of our family and friends she lost her life leaving a hole in the family forever. Knowing how this left us feeling i can imagine the pain thousands of families suffer every year so i am doing a fund raiser to support the brain tumour charity and running the llhm 24 on april 7th. 3 years later.

Another tragedy hit , this time came my dad , after having a kidney transplant 9 years ago , leaving his immune system weak his life was taken suddenly in 2022 by glandular fever.

I am taking part in this run to raise money for the brain tumour charity as i can only pick one but it is for the memory of both of them. It would mean the world to support me in this fundraiser , thank you 🙏
