Story

Dear Friends,

I’m reaching out to support Beat UK, a charity close to my heart. For years, I struggled with my relationship with food and body image, often turning to restrictive diets and unhealthy habits. In 2020, I decided to face these challenges head-on and began a journey toward self-acceptance. Though I still have tough days, I’m proud to say that I've embraced a healthier mindset.

To raise awareness and funds for those who are still struggling or have lost a loved one to an eating disorder, I’ll be doing a 12.5-mile night walk through Paris as part of the 1-2-5 challenge, representing the 1.25 million people in the UK with a diagnosed eating disorder.

If you can, please consider donating to support Beat UK’s vital work. Every bit helps provide hope and resources to those who need it most.

Thank you for your kindness and support.
