Hugh James Nursing Care Department will be walking 12km on the 26th October to and around Cardiff bay in honour to highlight that 1 in 2 people in their lives will be somewhat affected by dementia. We as a department have a longstanding relationship with Age Cymru who work closely to provide vital services to elderly individuals around Wales. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
