Well I guess it's time to getting the wheels in motion and announce that I have signed up to take part in Nugent's Arctic Challenge 2025 to help raise funds and awareness for the amazing services that Nugent provide across the North West.

I am most definitely nervous to say the very least. Surviving the brisk cold weather of Sweden, learning to build snow shelters, walking across icy terrain, cooking in the wilderness, and staying safe from WILDLIFE encounters!

Seriously, what have I signed myself up for 😅.

Nugent are an amazing charity, 'caring for, educating, and protecting vulnerable children, young people and adults through [their] schools, care homes, and community and social work services'.

This will be a very physically challenging journey for me, but one that I am eager to put my all into.

I will follow up with updates on my progress along the way leading up to March and will be beyond appreciative to everyone who helps to support me along this journey. Any donation no matter how big or small will go a long way in helping Nugent with their services.
