The challenge: 8 riders, 2 bikes, 24 Hours.

We will be riding 2 bikes non-stop, day and night in front of our Norwich studio (on Turbo trainers, not up and down the street), meaning 6 hours per person, with an aim to see how far we can get. With two teams of 4 there might even be a little friendly competition.

100% of all funds raised will be going to Endometriosis UK.

We have a special team member who has been silently suffering with Endometriosis for many years, and we have decided to be their voice. As a condition it is rarely talked about and diagnosis times are unacceptably high. The net result is painful, all consuming and life changing. 1 in 10 women of reproductive age in the UK will suffer from the condition and the average diagnosis time is 8 years. By which time, the extent of the spread can be impossible to reverse.

Please give what you can, and please also talk. Sharing your experience with others may just encourage someone else to get checked earlier, or to push harder when being told they are ‘just period pains’.
