Whilst doing this we will be trying to raise money for Northumbria Healthcare's Bright charity, see below.
Bright Northumbria Healthcare Charity is a registered charity which was formed in 1998.
Donations make it possible for us to support a number of projects which can make a huge difference to our patients and staff.
We aim to bring a little brightness to the world and improve the patient experience for those accessing Northumbria NHS’ services as well as allowing our staff to provide the very best care.
We have helped to fund a huge range of projects across Northumbria Healthcare, which without your generous donations would not have been possible.
From creating calm sanctuaries for staff and patients, to transforming ward spaces to make patients with Alzheimer’s feel safer.
Our communities are at the heart of everything we do.

Bright Northumbria is the charity of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, providing support to the trust's hospitals and community services provided across North Tyneside and Northumberland.
The Bright charity allows us to fund better facilities for patients and their families, and support for our incredible staff - allowing them to provide the best of care that you need.
It is only through the kindness, generosity and hard work of our supporters raising vital funds that we are able to do more and more each year.
