Story

"Here at North Lakes Children Service, a Residential Care Company for children in the care system - One thing our children love to spend time with, care for, and gain valuable memories from, are animals. From Dogs, Cats, Horses, and more. - We would therefore like to give back to the animals who need a little love, kindness and support via fundraising for the Oak Tree Animal Sanctuary. We have two young people and one staff member wishing to run their first charity run as a way of saying thank you for caring for these animals" - North Lakes Children Service.

At Oak Tree Animal Sanctuary - Our Vision is a world where understanding and empathy ensure that all animals are treated with kindness and respect.

Our Mission is to be a centre of excellence for the improvement of animal welfare in our region, proactively supporting animals and encouraging people to prioritise animals welfare through our community programmes, advocacy and rehoming services.

Whether you choose to fundraise, make a one-off donation or set up a monthly donation, we are enormously grateful for your support.

Thank you.
