With 84 % of people experiencing a mental health problem at some point in their lifetime, we know that the feeling the symptoms of low mood, depression, anxiety and difficult life circumstances are not limited to one month per year. 3k per day is just the start and we'd hope that those taking part will continue to incorporate regular physical activity into their life.
