Nora is taking the lead to fundraise for better mental health in Cornwall by signing up to Bark Run! a bespoke 5k course around National Trust Trelissick, but she needs your help!

No-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. Although affiliated to Mind the national charity, Cornwall Mind is an independently registered and funded charity dependent on fundraising and donations, to continue vital work in the community.

Every penny donated will stay in Cornwall to help support people in our local communities that are struggling with poor mental health.
