In 2018, our best friend, Linda, was diagnosed with bowel cancer at the age of just 51. What followed was a 14 month battle against an aggressive cancer that took her life in October 2019. Throughout, she was supported by friends & family and by Bowel Cancer UK and we want to fundraise in her memory to help others faced with this cruellest of diseases.

Since she died, Noel has been running marathons and half marathons around the world with Linda on his back spurring him on. Sometimes it's to raise funds, sometimes just awareness. This is the big one and with a target of £2,500 to raise for the charity, we'd really appreciate your support.

As the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity, Bowel Cancer UK funds targeted research, provides expert information and support to patients and their families, educates the public and professionals about the disease and campaigns for early diagnosis and access to best treatment and care.

They're here to stop people like Linda dying of bowel cancer.
