Stepping Up for Young People's Mental Health 🌻
No Limits' People & Clinical Supervision Teams have pledged to each walk 10,000 steps a day in May to raise money for No Limits a Hampshire based charity, supporting young people under the age of 26 with a wide range of issues including mental health.
Last year, No Limits supported 4,000 local young people with their mental health, a number which is increasing each year. Please help me to support No Limits and help them to continue the brilliant work they do across Hampshire.
As a team we are privileged to support the staff and volunteers at No Limits to provide the best services to children and young people. We regularly hear about the difference that No Limits services make to the lives of children and young people.

Why 10,000 steps? 🚶♀️
Studies have shown that walking around 10,000 steps every day can help to keep us fit and healthy, but how many of us actually do that? According to NHS data, the average person in the UK walks between 3,000 and 4,000 steps a day, so it’s time to up our game.
But why 10,000? It’s been the magic number since it was used in a marketing campaign before the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. Research shows that the more exercise you do, the better it is for your physical and mental health and so the 10,000 figure stuck.
Track Us!
