A message from Niyah
A message from Mum
Ever since Niyah read the book 'Saving Sorya' when she was 3 years old (a book about a little girl who wants to help endangered animals), she has wanted to become a conservationist. Now, at 4 years old, she is taking her first action to aid conservation work by walking 10k to raise money for WWF!
Her target is Ā£250, and it would mean so much to Niyah to reach this goal! Please consider sponsoring her to help inspire her to work towards her dream, and help wildlife at the same time.
About WWF
WWF is at the heart of global efforts to address the worldās most important environmental challenges: safeguarding the natural world, tackling climate change and enabling people to use only their fair share of natural resources. Together we can build a future where people and nature thrive.
Your support is much appreciated. Find out more by visiting wwf.org.uk
Niyah's Inspiration
Niyah has loved animals from a young age, but the book which has had the biggest impact on her has been Saving Sorya ā Chang and the Sun Bear by Nguyen Thi Thu Trang (Author) and Jeet Zdung (Illustrator). I wanted to include a reference to it here, as it is a beautiful book and I hope it can inspire many other children to help wildlife in years to come.

She found a millipede inside the hotel which we put back outside.
Together we rescued an injured herring gull and took it to a rehabilitation centre.
And of course, here she is taking after mummy learning about and looking for fungi.
