Story

Help me to save a life or change someone's future!

Calcutta Rescue provides free healthcare, education, vocational training and sanitation so that families and whole communities living in the slums in Kolkata, India can improve their health and living conditions and have a chance to lift themselves out of poverty.

Calcutta Rescue works for the underprivileged in Kolkata, India, promoting gender equality, stopping violence against women & safeguarding our environment.

I'm taking part in Kavi's Walk - 18.5km along the Thames Path in London, from Mortlake to Vauxhall on Sunday, 8 September. Kavi was a young supporter of Calcutta Rescue whom we lost to COVID in 2020. Until his untimely death Kavi did everything to help the underpriviliged in Kolkata, India.

All the money raised will go to fund Calcutta Rescue's core programmes helping thousands of people living in poverty in Kolkata.

Thanks for your kindness!
