Brian (a.k.a. Fat Boy, Fatty or Bri) was always a loving family man who would always put the needs of others before himself. We will all know he was never one to be fussed with the frills and fancies of life and for this reason we feel it is fitting to request that no one sends flowers and instead, if wishing to donate in tribute of the caring man Bri was, then we would ask for you to make donations to this charity.

As some of you will be aware Bri’s grandson Finley was born with a heart condition that meant he required open heart surgery at just 4 days old. Families of Ocean Ward are a charity that support the families and children needing cardiac care throughout their lives. Bri and Finley had an indescribable bond from the minute they saw each other and we know that Bri would be chuffed to help support this amazing charity to help other families and children in the position we were in just earlier this year.

Families of Ocean Ward are a registered Charity (1145013) formed by volunteer parents of children with cardiac disease who rely on the services provided by Ocean Ward and its team of specialists and dedicated staff.

We have strong links with the ward with a representative from Ocean Ward involved in strategic planning and decision making. This enables us to stay abreast of the day to day needs of families being cared for on Ocean Ward.
