We are a team of Paediatric Emergency Medicine Consultants taking on the challenge of the Cardiff Sprint Triathlon on 30th June!

We would love to raise some money for our Emergency Department and specifically to help us look after the wellbeing of our incredible staff!

Our Emergency Unit staff are working tirelessly in really challenging circumstances and are doing an incredible job. We really want to support and look after them better so they can continue to provide excellent care to our patients!

The triathlon is going to be a huge challenge for us (some of us more than others!) so we would really appreciate your support!
