We provide evidence-based resources to support teenage mental health

Story

I have made the last minute decision to run the Malta Half-Marathon on February 25th to raise vital funds for teenage mental health charity stem4. As the founder and volunteer CEO of stem4, I have witnessed firsthand the struggles that children and young people face when it comes to their mental health. Over the past 13 years, stem4 has tirelessly worked to provide support and resources for these individuals.

However, like many charities, stem4 has been impacted by the current financial situation. Despite this challenge, we are determined to continue expanding our support services for young people in need.

To help fund our important work, I have taken on the last minute challenge of running the Malta Half-Marathon. Although I haven't had much time to train for this race, I am willing to push myself because I know that my temporary discomfort is nothing compared to the pain and suffering experienced by countless children and young people.

I am reaching out to you today with an urgent plea for support. By donating to stem4, you can make a significant difference in the lives of young individuals struggling with their mental health. Your contribution will enable us to offer them the right help and support they desperately need.

Please visit www.stem4.org.uk for more information about our organization and how your donation can make a lasting impact.
