May 20th 2013 at 1.00pm a date and time that will stay with me forever..........

After many years of tests at various hospitals, i was finally given the devastating diagnosis of a rare form of Motor Neurone Disease called Primary Lateral Sclerosis (PLS). 11 years on, my mobility has deteriorated and now walk with metal splints and a walking stick, this has also progressed to my arms and i have become weaker.Although living with this horrible disease has it's daily challenges, i meet it head on with pure determination and a good positive attitude. I now raise awareness and much needed funds to help others like myself and their families. There is no cure and every penny raised will go to give people with MND a quality of life and help with research.💙🧡 I am celebrating my 10th successful year of fundraising and i have raised over £25,000 lso far !! 🎊 The support for this event has grown so much over the years and can't thank people enough.
