Amma Birth Companions are Aspen People's Charity of the Year for 2024! They provide perinatal support to women and birthing people facing barriers like poverty, isolation, or language. Offering birth and postnatal companionship, antenatal education and peer support. They believe all birthing people should be supported at every stage of their parenting journey.
