Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page. We're tackling the 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path in memory of Alison, Chris's mum and my mother-in-law. We sadly lost her to Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in 2016, just two months after our wedding, leaving all of us heartbroken. Alison was an extraordinary person, and by supporting us, you're helping the MND Association improve care, fund research, and advocate for those with MND in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Donating is easy and secure through JustGiving, and it means a lot to us and those affected by MND.

Our challenge? To complete a 186-mile hike in 14 days, split across our weekends, tackling 35,000 feet of ascents and descents –  said to be equivalent to climbing Everest! Tough, but nothing compared to the challenges faced by those living with MND.
