In 2021 my Dad, Clive, was looked after and spent his final days at St Nicholas Hospice after a long fiercely fought battle with Prostate Cancer.

I’m picking up my running trainers again for the St Nicholas Hospice 10k to raise valuable funds to ensure that the hospice can continue care for both patients and their families at such a critical time, and to hopefully raise awareness of the great work that they do.

Also I’m sure Dad will be cheering me on from up high, or having a laugh at my expense!
