Story
Today it can be really hard for men to be open and discuss their mental health, but it is crucial for the stigma to be removed and for us to start discussing it with each other.
Over the month of November, it will by my mission to be open and talk about men’s mental health.
Across the month I will be taking part in Movember’s move campaign.
The aim: travel 60km across the month of November to recognise the 60 men that commit suicide across the globe every hour. The goal is to create an open dialogue around the issues and aid those in need.
Furthermore, on the 26th November I will taking part in the Kingston half-marathon. This will be to finish the month of strong, and preach awareness while striving to my own goals.
I would greatly appreciate any donations, but if you can’t just have a conversation with anyone when you’re struggling. If you want to reach out message me on my LinkedIn.

A little bit from the charity themselves:
Tough To Talk: Movember Mission
Join the Fight. Save Lives.
This Movember, we're rallying. We're calling on you, our band of brothers, to join us in a mission. A mission to fight male suicide and shatter the stigma around mental health.
Our Goal: £5,000. Our Purpose: 100 New Tough Talkers.
We're raising £5,000. This fund will fuel 5 Understanding Suicide First Aid courses. These courses are for men, by men, in male-dominated spaces. We're not just talking about it. We're doing it.
Become a Tough Talker.
Your donation can create 100 new Tough Talkers. Men who can identify the silent cries for help. Men who can intervene. Men who can save lives.
