ICA's 40th Anniversary
For 40 years, the ICA has provided hope and support to those living with IC/BPS. As we mark our 40th anniversary, we reflect on our journey and commit to ensuring the ICA's ongoing strength and impact.

Story

As I stand at the threshold of my 25th year with the Interstitial Cystitis Association (ICA), I am filled with immense gratitude. It has been and continues to be an incredible journey—one marked by resilience, compassion, and unwavering commitment to a cause that lies close to my heart.

Why am I here? Because I believe in amplifying awareness. I am shining a spotlight on IC/BPS (Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome), a chronic pain disease affecting over 12 million Americans. Imagine living with excruciating bladder/pelvic pain, accompanied by relentless urinary urgency and frequency. For many, this struggle remains undiagnosed, denying them access to vital lifestyle changes for relief.

The ICA, in its 40th Anniversary year, stands as more than an organization—it’s a lifeline. Advocating for research, raising awareness, and connecting patients, they weave hope into the fabric of our fight against IC/BPS.

Now, as I prepare for my journey to Capitol Hill in March, I am fueled by purpose and determination.

How can you make a difference? Your donation directly impacts this vital cause. Every dollar fuels research, awareness campaigns, and patient support. Whether it’s a modest gift or a generous contribution, every gift counts.

Join me in the fight against IC/BPS. Let’s break the silence, raise our voices, and create a world where no one suffers alone.
