I am very excited to announce that TMAAT are back (oh yes!) and this year we are attempting to cycle all the way from London to Budapest, via Prague and Vienna (aah!) and Bratislava....just over 1100 miles!

We are heading off on 25 May 2024 and this time we are raising funds for Samaritans. We always choose a charity that means something personal to TMAAT and over the last 12 months it became obvious to us that Samaritans was the obvious choice. As we all know, mental health is just as important as physical health, and it's crucial that we support those who are going through a tough time and Samaritans are there for that 24/7 and 365 days a year. No matter what the issue they provide emotional support to those who are struggling with their mental health and need someone to talk to.

So we are asking for your help please to reach our fundraising goal of £3,000. Every donation counts, no matter how small.
